My generator won't start. Is that a repair call or a replacement?
Usually a repair — battery, fuel, and ignition issues account for most no-starts and are fixable in one visit. If the unit is genuinely at end of life, we'll tell you straight and quote a replacement so you can compare real numbers instead of sinking money into a dead engine.
