Four steps. No games.
From the first phone call to the final walk-through, the process is the same every time. Predictable on purpose — because surprises belong in birthday parties, not electrical work.
- 01
You call. We listen.
Every job starts with a conversation, not a script. Tell us what's going on — a breaker that won't hold, a shop that needs power, a remodel on a deadline — and a real person on our end will ask the questions that matter and get you on the schedule.
What we won't do is quote you a price over the phone. Phone quotes for electrical work are guesses, and guesses are how change orders happen. If a company prices your panel swap sight-unseen, the number is either padded or wrong.
- 02
We visit the job.
Accurate pricing starts with boots on the ground. We come out, walk the work, open the panel, look in the attic — whatever the job needs to be understood properly. Our shop is in Big Sandy, about 30 minutes from both Tyler and Longview, so a site visit isn't an ordeal to schedule.
Then you get a flat, written price for the full scope. Not an estimate that drifts. Not an hourly rate with the meter running. The number we hand you is the number you pay, and it includes the permit when the work requires one.
- 03
Work done right.
Permit-pulled, code-compliant, and neat — that's the floor, not the ceiling. We protect your floors, keep a tidy job site every day we're there, and label every circuit we touch so the next person who opens your panel (including you) knows exactly what's what.
When the work wraps, we walk you through what we did in plain English. If an inspection is part of the job, we schedule it and meet the inspector — passing inspections is our responsibility, not your errand.
- 04
We stand behind it.
If something we installed fails, that's on us — period. You call, we come back, we make it right. No fine print, no restocking-fee energy, no pretending the warranty has a footnote.
It's the only deal we know how to offer, and it's why most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals. A project gallery full of finished work and a review page full of real names back that up.
